Do I need an approved Form 1 before you engrave my SBR?
–Yes. For NFA items we mark only after your Form 1 is approved. Send us the trust/individual info exactly as it should appear and we'll confirm the layout before the laser runs.
Can you ship my firearm back, or do I pick up?
+Both. Pick up in Gahanna, or we'll ship back to your FFL. We'll confirm your preference when you drop off or transfer in.
What file formats do you accept for custom art?
+Vector is ideal — AI, SVG, EPS or PDF. We can also work from high-resolution PNG/JPG for simpler marks. We'll proof the layout with you before engraving.
Will engraving affect my warranty or finish?
+Fiber-laser marking is permanent and surface-level by design. We mark to ATF-minimum depth unless you request deeper. We'll flag any finish considerations specific to your firearm up front.
