Unused, non-custom items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Custom-engraved products, custom PMAGs, and digital art downloads are made to order and are non-refundable once production has started, except in the case of our error.
Once a firearm transfer has begun or a background check has been initiated, sales are final per federal and Ohio law. Issues with a firearm should be addressed under the manufacturer's warranty; we're glad to help facilitate.
If we made a mistake on an engraving or sent the wrong item, we'll correct or replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days with photos.
