This policy covers shipping for products, firearms, and items sent in for engraving.
Non-firearm items (PMAGs, 3D prints, stickers, accessories) typically ship within 2–5 business days. Local pickup in Gahanna is available at no charge.
Firearms and serialized receivers ship only to a valid FFL dealer. Choose your dealer at checkout; we ship to them for pickup after your background check. See FFL Transfers.
Engraving timelines depend on the service and artwork — see the engraving price list. NFA items are marked only after an approved Form 1.
For engraving jobs, we can return your firearm to your FFL or hold it for local pickup. We'll confirm your preference before work begins.
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery for any shipping damage so we can make it right.
